Active Fascial Release (AFR)

Short full body treatment performed with clothes and standing. Loosen up tensions and restrictions all over the body, connecting with global movement in order to give your body a deeper "intelligence" and adaptability. Ideal at work, in the park, before competition or sporting or in any time for maintenance. 
Aim is to INTEGRATE movement and improve function quickly and effectively. Active Fascial Release blends myofascial and functional movement with hands-on manipulation of the soft tissue to create a variety of therapeutic effects.

TMJ (jaw) Reset

Jaw pain, teeth grinding, migraines, neck and shoulders pain. A session to restore the muscle tone in the jaw muscles. The importance of breath during this session is the Key. Ultimately we want to link the breath with a relaxed jaw and neck muscles. It benefits the whole body as the TMJ is connected to 90% of muscles of the body.

Energy treatment. Kinesiology protocol to balance the main chakras or energy centers. Highly recommended to people who don't have stability and focus, emotionally, in their lives. If you are under stress or are facing a point of exhaustion or burnout, you will be able to create the space within yourself which you are deeply craving to shift your life. Best in combination with Structural Bodywork.

CORE sessions

Connect deeply with your core and posture, recover after childbirth and/or tone up your core and body through MOVEMENT and MANUAL TECHNIQUES in 1 session. A sequenced training session that has also the therapeutic effects from the soft tissue gentle manipulations over the clothes whilst performing functional movements.

  • Functional movement - warm up, assessment and treatment

  • Empowerment through movement and Active Fascial Release AFR

Albert will lead you towards a place of empowerment and freedom. Tailored sessions, not just for your postural pattern but for sequencing timing and effect on the body and system as a whole. These are sessions that are recommended to take for 2 months, weekly. 2 months of self practice afterwards and gradually decreasing the amount to none. It is a learning curve. Once your body somatizes all the input, it integrates this easily.
