Booking happens online via the Book Now page, and you'll receive a confirmation right away. Plans change: you can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your session, through the booking system or by replying to your confirmation email. Within 24 hours the session is normally charged, but genuine emergencies are always met with understanding; just let me know.
Online in advance by credit card or Wero (secure payment via Mollie), or at the practice with Tikkie or cassh, whatever is easiest for you.
Buy your series on the Packages page and your sessions are active immediately. Then book your regular session as usual and choose 'Redeem Package' at checkout. Your balance is applied automatically, nothing more to pay. Series are valid for one year, and you can hold more than one at a time.

Not at the moment. If you're self-employed or have a company, sessions may qualify as a business expense. Your accountant can advise about deducting the cost and BTW/VAT. I'm working toward registration with a professional association, which may open partial reimbursement in the future; this page will be updated when that changes.
For massage: come as you are, you'll undress to your own comfort level and be covered with fresh organic-cotton sheets at all times. For Structural Integration: comfortable clothing; most people work in their underwear, but this is always adjusted to what feels right for you.
You'll be welcomed with a cup of tea and a short conversation about your health history, your body, and what you'd like to work on. Then we get to work. Arriving a few minutes early helps you land. There's nothing you need to bring.
